Well... our contractor hasn't been here in 2 weeks. He was supposed to be here on the 27th, but he had to help his mom move some stuff. On the 28th his furnace broke. On the 2nd he had a stomach bug. On the 3rd his mom was in the hospital. On the 4th his mom is having tests done.......
Hopefully if he gets back to work, things will be wrapping up by the end of the month.

How frustrating! for sure! You will appreciate your indoor plumbing all the more having waited so long for it.

I don't know what I'm looking forward to the most. A flush toilet, being able to take a shower, or wash my hands even, or having clean dishes, or an actual stove to cook with.

Ear cropping has been illegal for a couple of years now. Tail docking became illegal this past summer here.

I never really understood ear cropping.

I briefly had a greyhound. One day he was standing by the coffee table. He wagged his tail and cleanly sliced a water glass in half.

No justification - just horrible pain for the dogs. I think they do it mainly to make a dog look sharper - by that I mean "scary." Some types of crop are to lessen damage when dog - meets dog. Just repugnant ( but no Pugs involved)

I'd love to and someday probably will, but they are a game changer here in TN as they are managed by fish and game rather than agriculture.

Weirdness going on with the site for a moment...

Anyway, from what I've heard from members that have lived in WY way longer than I have, they're probably not possible to raise here (or not without some sort of special permission/permit). I'm thinking they're managed by fish & game here also. At least, that's my understanding from what I've been told.
