I saw this post or video or something one time that said they appreciate New Englanders/Northeasters because if you’re stupid, they’ll just flat out tell you you’re an idiot whereas in the south they’ll just say “Well bless your heart” :lau

Can’t remember what it was from or where I heard it but I thought it was funny at the time and so true :lau

In Texas, you either get told your an idiot or you get no response, or at least it was that way back when I was a kid. As I've gotten older and set in my ways, I just tell ya how the cow ate the cabbage.

Yeah, Texans seem to speak their mind, which is not a bad thing at all. Some people need to be told off. :D

I was once told by a multi initialed researcher, "My God, you are as crazy as they say you are." Retirement and sobriety got me to the point where I just walk away. Abrasive or cruel people are my weakness.
