That is pretty ugly and really lucky for him, the wife and dog. Gotta wonder where someone is that they need 38 hollow points in a derringer. Seems too powerful a round for a gun of that type as was evidenced by the bullets track after it went through him. I suspect the accuracy of a derringer past a few feet is quite low. Glad I'm not there.just had a friend call, seems her husband dropped his derringer and shot himself a couple of weeks ago in the leg by accident, we were suppose to meet one day last week for dinner and since i was fighting a tooth ache never thought to call her,
they are so lucky that no one was killed. you know a hollow point 38 bullet can do alot of damage, hes so lucky also that the bullet missed the bone (but did tear a artery )
