lettuce looks delish doesn't it?
have waited two years to find out what kind of bulbs they are, kinda thought they were Japanese iris but wasn't sure til it bloomed

I love Greys! Mg mom had a Timnah that my brother ended up with. He sounded just like my mother! Got her in trouble with the guy who was installing the windows at her house, kept telling him " now don't poop on the floor"! Window guy told mom he didnt poop on floors, and didn't appreciate being harrassed! :p

i had forgotten my seeds from home, so went to lowes for somehing and i of course had to check out seeds so found these seeds, burpee igloo lettuce and since its a heading type thought i would try it, i did cut some of the outside leafs last month in salads. fed them and now they're ready to cut more outside leafs, some of the insides are starting to "head", will have plenty to transplant in scottdale now for cucumbers lol

lol, husbands congo grey is a female , i owned her momma. friend owned her daddy. her name is honey fuzzbucket huss, hates me, loves husband but talks in my voice sometimes he thinks i'm calling him when she yells"honey", shes an excellent talker, picks things up fast

Nice green thumb ya got there! I bet that lettuce is yummy!
I'm thinking that yellow flowered plant may be Ragwort. Not positive though .

Nice find on the blue Iris! They are my favorite flower

thanks, i love to play in the dirt lol, husband doesn't mind that i want a garden and flowers, he helps
the bloom on the yellow weed flower? looks just like a coreopsis, maybe thats where breeders got the coreopsis unless the country threw out some seeds which sometimes they do to beautify, anyway, they're pretty
yes, lettuce is quite tasty, course anything is this time of year with whats in the store and i know nothing chemical is on them, just water and then miracle grow

i didn't find it funny at all, had her on my hand when husband came home from work, since she was to be his, i told him to hold his hand out for her, she took a step, one foot on his hand, one on mine, looked at me and put her head down and bit me, stepped real fast all the way to him, can't tell you how many times shes bitten me when hes not around to pick her up to take her to her cage, lost alot of blood to her
