They make port holes in your abdomen to get the laproscopic tools to pass through while operating. To look at them now they are about an inch a cross.... So far I have Three scars from my Gall bladder Surgery barely visible.... Six scars from my Cancer surgery... and this surgery is Five more....

Oh and two scars on my knee but they didnt use port holes.

These are rawer and more tender than the others so I feel the need to keep care of them.

Ugh, I didn't have any of those but the sutures in the muscle the doc cut instead of parting, pulled loose several times when I twisted the wrong way...it would make ya 'catch a rabbit' it would also start bleeding and seeping out :sick not pretty and painful.
 
Hey everyone I almost forgot, I talked with Becca, she's doing better. Here's a excerpt from her text.

Thanks for checking on me, it means a lot! I'm still here, still dealing with the cracked rib and as it turns out a chipped bone in my wrist. Splint came off for good Friday, but still painful as hell. Not sleeping much because of it.
Been really missing my BYC family and need to try and get caught up now that I can type some. Very depressed and lonely since my hubs is the only person here that I even know, I feel like such a burden. He's doing all he can to take care of me and is a really good guy, but I still miss my peeps.
Hope you are doing well and feeling better yourself! Tell everyone I'm sorry to be absent and am getting back on my feet and that I will holla back soon.
