I hope you find a place where you can do everything you want NFC. I thought about runners or Muscovy but think I'm going to get a couple of bunnies instead. They make great poop for the garden and would be a better use of my space here.

I know Cap really enjoys her rabbits. We've raised meat rabbits in the past and the fertilizer is good (which is helpful because they make a LOT).

Then DH rolled over on the tv remote and suddenly we had some old '60s tv show blasting away at 1:30am.

Time to move the TV out of the bedroom. My understanding is that at best it is bad for sleep anyway.

I don't watch shows on TV at all - for years. Now & then I stream some new series on Netflix but watch it on the monitor(computer)of course this cuts deeply into BYC time so doesn't happen often.
