I don’t want to be defeated by children. I like who I work with. She is just like me in her thinking. She likes structure and it is working....slowly! Several of the children walk all over their parents. It is hard for me to bite my tongue.

Poodles were actually called "Puddle dogs," because they were good retrievers. The nonsense with the trims, is just that. A pom pom of coat here and there, to keep certain small areas warmer. Good grief how ridiculous !! They just needed a full body trim like a kennel cut to keep them warm.

The Standards were the best- brainy with a great sense of humor. For some reason the name Cris Oglanian stands out in my mind. I believe she bred some fantastic black standards. My boss way back when, used to show her female Dodie. Loved her to pieces.
