I have 4 varieties, large cherries, Mortgage lifters, a small salad tomato and a variety of different colored ones.

You can't beat homegrown tomatoes for taste. Hope they do well for you this year!

In the recipe I talk about using the stand mixer, but I actually just do it by hand in a large bowl. I gave the ingredients by weight, if you don't have a kitchen scale let me know and I'll give you the measurements.

Me too, last year the only ones that did well were the large cherries. So I am trying new varieties this year.

I like using the scale for that recipe. I put a paper plate on the scale, tare the scale and then dump the flour and other ingredients one at a time on it (no measuring cups involved). Easy peasy works for me

That's the best part, no measuring cups to wash. I use my scale for the flour in my bread recipes too.
