Oh boy, am I sore.

I went out to check on the flock and when I came back to the house I had one foot inside the door when my foot slipped on the tile floor. Good thing my hard head hitting the door stopped my fall.

I'm glad that you are feeling good enough to laugh about it! As long as there's no chance that you have a concussion! Slipping and falling is so scary sometimes!
