Yup, been there got the T-shirt... What's worse, for me is I end up ordering what I couldn't get from Amazon and when it arrives I can't find the recipe.

Yep, pretty much the same here. I have a ton of recipes to try out "someday" and find there are times I get the ingredients and then can't remember which recipe they were for. :p

Good thing DH isn't too picky, I do a lot of improvising.

There was a thai crock pot dish on Delish that called for coconut milk. Got the milk finally and the recipe was taken down. I never printed it... It wasn't a curry dish and looked good, but oh well... Now I have the milk if it ever shows up again.

Argh! That's frustrating. At least the canned milk won't go bad for a long time.

Instead of what I was going to make, I'm going to try out a new crock pot recipe for an Olive Garden copy cat chicken Alfredo. If it's decent, I'll post the recipe in the Home Baker's thread.

The zombie meat loaf is going to have to wait a while longer. :(
