I was looking for chicken prints to put in but couldn’t find them and can’t upload anything from my phone to add. I would use the paw prints though!

PS Here’s the link to the recipe for both the meatballs and gravy. They are both very good and the closest I’ve found to what I remember from making when I was a kid and the taste is also pretty much perfect. Anything not good about my results is my fault lol.

That reminded me of something I used to make several years ago, they are Finnish meatballs with brown gravy. Kind of similar to your Norwegian ones but the Finnish ones have allspice and Panko in them.

Interesting that Finnish meatballs have Japanese breadcrumbs lol. I’ve made Swedish meatballs for my dad and they use allspice too.
It seems a lot of the Northern European countries have similar cuisine.
I’ve given up regular bread crumbs since discovering Panko. I like that they’re crispy.

Tha Panko was my idea as a replacement for the breadcrumbs called for in the recipe

The fires, Glass and August are not contained yet. They are still burning inside the containment too

I survived Walmart on a Saturday but it was close a couple of times.
