We too will be having a virtual Thanks Giving this year.

I do not know if I will cook a small Turkey or a large chicken though

We just have five people but I’ll be looking for a turkey. There’s always soup, pot pie and sandwiches.

The leftovers are the best part of a Thanksgiving meal!

I'm planning on making turkey tetrazzini or maybe turkey & dumplings (or both) with our leftovers.

Every time anyone mentions dumplings I always remember my mom telling me about how she made chicken and homemade dumplings for me once when I was tiny, maybe a year old. I guess I spit it out and pushed my bowl off the high chair onto the floor.

Well that’s a good thing, and it doesn’t appear they kept you so you must not be any crazier than the rest of us!

That's a heck of a way to get out of work early DMC!

I see our forecast has lessened on the snow but the temps have dropped like a stone. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

I should have said for school, not me. I worked late cuz my teacher left with her kids. What a wet, nasty, messy snow it is.

Well I ended my work day very gracefully...not...as I climbed out of the boat, I didn't realize there was a slight incline, I twisted my ankle & took a very ungraceful tumble across the ground...what a clutz! Ankle is a little sore, but not to badly swollen so far!
