Well I ended my work day very gracefully...not...as I climbed out of the boat, I didn't realize there was a slight incline, I twisted my ankle & took a very ungraceful tumble across the ground...what a clutz! Ankle is a little sore, but not to badly swollen so far!

Keep that ankle elevated as much as possible to get that swelling down, please soak in salts, they really help. You could do with my spiced ginger and lemon tea.
