I have the phone paired to my fitness band. It is silent from 9pm to 5am. After that it alerts with a buzz sound

i have no alert but still wake up anywhere from 3:30 on, once i wake up theres no going back to sleep for me unless i'm ill. could be why sometimes i'm grumpy
