Finally back from the orthopedic doctor and he said its healing good and come back in 4 weeks. He didn't seem concerned about the pain in my hand, just want to make sure I didn't have any numbness.

Glad you were able to get in to see the doc. Sounds like he thinks things are progressing normally.

That is good news!

Yep, I did think it was weird that he didn't seem concerned at all though. I want to get back to my cane at some point.

My appointment was at 10 and the waiting room was full when we got there, so I knew we would be waiting awhile. We finally saw him over an hour late. But he was happy with my progress and all, so I shouldn't complain 🤷. I have all my x-rays done on my hand, I can't wait to look at them.

Hopefully the pain will get better with time and PT.

That's awesome news Sue! The hand can be very hard to fix so that it heals correctly, sounds like you are heading in the right direction! :love

Hi Rene, hope your day is going well!
Hi Debby! It's moving along, I'm grabbing a quick bite of lunch and then back to work...which makes me realize...I'm retired, why does that word still apply to me...I've learned it will never go away! 🤦‍♀️

How is your day going?

He would be surprised if you didn't have any pain at this point ;) From my experience "no pain at all" will be months out.

Hopefully the pain will get better with time and PT.
It should!
