Good grief, you're getting snow? You need to tell Mother Nature to knock it off, May should be summer (or at least spring).

My poor tomatoes and one of the pepper plants were done in by the too cold temps so I replaced them yesterday. Hopefully these will make it.

Hows the baby? You must be enjoying being done with school for the summer so you can spend more time with her.

It is still a snowing. So thankful for the moisture but this is not very enjoyable

Oh no! Well I hope they do too. I remember having to always cover our tomatoes with tarps at night. They seem very sensitive to temperatures.

Oh goodness she is growing like a weed! It's been the absolute best being home with her all day every day. This summer break has been much needed. It's been wonderful

Good morning all! Need hot coco, snow boots and winter hats here. It's still snowing. Hopefully this will be the last day of it.

We've been having to take hay bales to feed the cows in the mountains. With the amount of snow up there, it would be difficult for them to find feed right now. Who would have thought we would be doing this in May

Oh yah , I forgot to tell you some of the ducks flew in this morning and I was working welding yesterday and I stopped . I heard tis old familiar noise it was someone's escaped pea hen walking through behind the other pond but she didn't stay and I don't catch them anymore Too Old .

The old female is around 25 or 26 I know this for a fact my ex neighbor got her as a wedding gift and I know he has been married over 25 years . The cob on the other hand could be 30 something . He is a royal or English decent , the female is a Dutch mute swan .They have some slight differences the Dutch babies are white the English are grey when they hatch . Here is the cob and hen . B.C, in the background .

Hi Debby! We did a one nighter on Friday. We had a graduation to go to last night. I doubt we’ll go this week as all campgrounds are pretty full. I’ll be doing cookies Thursday and Friday for another graduation on Saturday.
We are still looking for a lake lot to buy. We checked one out on Friday night as it was close to where we were camping. It was nice but not worth what they are asking. Right now prices have almost doubled. Insane!
