The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I thought about that but I think that would drive me crazy
How does that work?
There are new types of lenses!

There are three primary methods for a person to see near and distant after cataract surgery:

  1. Monovision
  2. Multifocal IOL implantation
  3. Accomodating IOL implantation
Monovision is one eye for close and the other for distant.

The two IOL lenses do both at the same time. It seems like there has been improvement in the iol lenses.

The second two lenses cost more.

Hopefully the options will be even better by the time I need cataract surgery.

Ok, we'll share the rain :)

I'm watering too, not as many plants to take care of as you but we don't have the outside water taps set up yet. Everything is watered by filling a watering can and buckets in the kitchen sink and hauling it outside. Guess I get my exercise by watering (does that count as aquacise?).
I do the same between the sink and the hydrant. Flowers up by the house and on the decks are watered with a watering can from the sink. The retaining wall gets buckets from the hydrant and the garden gets buckets and watering cans. We only use a hose to water potatoes. No sprinklers as it makes more weeds grow.
