That's good you'll get a new vacuum out of the deal DMC! Sounds like they know how to treat their customers right.

I have good luck with them. If you read reviews, others complain. The vacuum is not in my possession yet though This is my favorite vacuum. It’s lightweight and you can go underneath beds with it.

I got my new vacuum head yesterday. It was not the problem. I called Shark again and they have you do a video thing so they can see what’s going on. He couldn’t figure it out. I get a new vacuum as it has a 7 year warranty and I have to send the new head back. I have to pay shipping for the new one but it’s cheaper then the new head was so I’ll be getting money back. They sent a prepaid tag via email. I love it when a company stands behind it’s product!

I had a Shark steam mop, that thing lasted forever! Nice that they stand behind their products for sure!

Do you get dust storms like that very often?

It’s monsoon season so we get dust, or rain, or both. Sometimes the rain is just enough to make little dots in the dust, sometimes they’re gulley washers. Apparently last night we got a good bit of rain though, even the patio still has damp spots. My rain gauge says about 1/3 inch so not too bad.
