Good morning DMC, have a great day...
Here's a link to help you out. https://www.hgtv.com/outdoors/flowers-and-plants/vegetables/tomato-blossom-end-rot
Sounds like a good set up. I hope I can turn mine around. I wanted to can some this year. All of my tomatoes and peppers are in pots this year. I've setup a drip irrigation system that runs 30 minutes daily just before sun up. It works well as long as I don't forget to fill it up.
Hi Debby!Good morning
Good morning Bob, hope your day goes well!
Good morning Sue, enjoy your day!
Good morning DMC
Good morning Janie!
Have you eaten any yet? The couple I had that weren’t bad were sweet. The neighbors are too. I have never had tomatoes that sweet. That was good info Bob! I don't have that problem this year (I have them in pots) but it explains the issue in the past. It was also reassuring that I'm doing ok with a good watering every day...if I don't they wilt something terrible.
Is blight when you lose the leaves?Every since we moved to TN, I've had a terrible problem with late blight in my hydroponic system, so now I have them spread out on the deck in hopes of beating it this year.

Mine are good too…what I get. My older little girl likes them and is waiting for them to ripen. She will be very happy tomorrow. So far I've only had 1 ripe large size tomato ripe enough to try and it was good. The little cherry tomatoes have been awesome!

They love vegetables. They were eating green beans off the plant, dirt and all.At least she's eating something that's good for her![]()
It starts with the leaves but will generally kill the entire plant by late august.Sounds like a good set up. I hope I can turn mine around. I wanted to can some this year.

Just because I'm a little geeky about tomatoes... Fun fact, Those you buy at the store are picked green at about 5% sugar. Real vine ripe tomatoes can exceed 15% sugar, but are generally in the 10%-15% range.
