I lost my temper at the bank on Friday. It wasn't super crazy but I've been dwelling on it all weekend long I do not like confrontation.
Banking with them for 12 years and since COVID, all the originals retired so there's only new people and they wouldnt let me deposit my check because my maiden name wasnt changed in their system. I was trying to explain that I was upset this was overlooked for 4 years but she ignored me... several times so that got me all flustered. I just hate how I can't stop thinking about it and feeling so cringy.

Janie, there's a worm for the early bird...what does the last one in the pool get? Can't believe I slept so late. Must have worn me out to watch DH work yesterday.

Blooie, sounds like Tam not only fell on her feet job-wise, but she ended up with a better one! As for the fence, I keep thinking of taking a picture but the backyard is still a bit of a mess and I can't figure out a camera angle to only show the good stuff.

Mark, give Susie a hug...you're a good husband for getting spring flowers ready for her.

DMC, hope you aren't coming down with anything (even a cold). Take care of yourself!

That's the plan! Kids have no school today and I'm going to let them play video games. I only gotta mop the floors and clean the coop so it's an easy day for me.... unless the kids wake up and choose violence

When I closed my business account, the bank made the check for the remaining funds out to the business, rather than to me. It took months to get it straightened out! I was beginning to think that money would be in limbo for the rest of my life.
Don't worry about losing it. I did too, when I apologized the next day, it was like they had already forgotten me!
Rules are meant to be applied with common sense. Some people just shouldn't have any power over the rest of us.
