The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning Bob :frow How is Sue doing? I haven't seen her for a day or two (unless I've just missed her posts).

Morning Janie, hope you enjoy your day!

Good morning Mad :frow
Good MOOrnin Debby!
Glad you love that worm!
So far, Mil seems to like it. She has cereal, milk, and deli meat in her apartment. She has to be encouraged to go to the dining room and activities.
Good morning, Mad.
Good morning Janie :)
Hopefully your MIL will meet a friend who can help encourage her to go more.

Thank you, Mad. I hope she will make friends. She was the "Gladys kravitz" of her neighborhood, so she may want to get to know her neighbors. But, with her dementia progressing, she seems not to want to socialize as much. I know she probably feels muddled a lot of the time. I'm sure it is safer for her there, though. We worried about the ponds out here.

Our high yesterday was 78°! We briefly turned on the air, because of the high humidity. Today our high is supposed to be 33°, and it was at 6 a.m., but it is steadily dropping. Crazy Texas weather. 🤪

With those dramatic temperature changes, you'd think you lived in Wyoming :gig

You also need that peace of mind for her.

Is Texas known to be so bi-polar?
:frow Good morning Mad, have a great day

She's doing well.
Thank you, you too!

We are so, so bi-polar! We keep those HVAC techs busy.
Heat is nice but the air-conditioning unit is the most important part of our home.
