Oh, itās an absolute joy to cook in there, Janie! I barely remember now what it was like to have to empty a small, overpacked cabinet to get out what I needed - which was inevitably at the very back on the bottom!
Thanks, Debby! Iāll let you all know how she and Evan did, win, lose or draw. I am constantly marveling at what it takes for her to do this, and do it so well. It takes an inordinate amount of courage for most of us to get in front of a big group and give a speech. Imaging doing it when that crowd has judging sheets in their hands and you have Autism! Wow!! Sheās already lettered in band, drama, chorus, and sheāll letter in Speech and Debate this year too, sheās already been informed. That usually doesnāt happen until the Sophomore year, and sheās just a Freshman!
The kitchen sure does look better. I hope you and Frankenfoot get the chance to come up before you leave for Flā¦Fā¦.Florā¦.Florida.
Thank you, Grammy. Sanding and repainting a room was not high on our list of things we wanted to do, but I couldnāt take the pink one more day. What with the pinkish/peach walls and white tiles, it looked like a 1950s public restroom in here!
