We like our Sleep Number bed. Two separate mattresses under one cover so it looks and "makes up" like a single mattress bed. Never feel the other person move and you can select the firmness you like even if he likes something different. What you do notice is when someone moves the covers but that is no different than any other bed.

You’re the second person to mention the sleep number and we’re seriously considering it. Shopping is tonight so we’ll see if we make any decisions.
