I hope this heat wave is not the new normal.
I’ll take pictures. It’s black just like my old shingles. I really wanted a steel roof but shingles were 1/3 the price of steel.

In the past, all those mature trees have offered enough shade. We usually get quite a bit of rain early summer too. This is a brutal summer for people, plants, and animals. Both 2008 and 2011 were pretty bad summers, but I think this is the worst.
