Reminds me of a funny story.... I may have told it before, so if I did please forgive an old man's memory... I went to get my FL license after I changed my state of residence. I parked in the driver examiner's parking spot (it wasn't marked). After my driver's test came up, she instructed me to move my car and tell me who my backup driver was. I told her I didn't have a backup driver. She said if you don't have a backup driver how do you get home if you fail the driver's exam? I told her I'll drive myself since I have an international license, a German license, a military license. Basically it just doesn't matter. At the end of my driver's test (which I passed) she said she might as well pass me since failing me just didn't matter. :gig
