Oysters on the half shell are eaten raw, at least that’s how I learned it. Cooked oysters aren’t horrible, I like them smoked the most. Less slime

I have to run an errand but other than that, not much going on here. I am going to try a new recipe for dinner tonight (it involves shrimp, limes, jalapeño and other stuff).

Dinner sound’s delisherous!

It’s raining now, not a gulley washer so it will soak in, the best kind of rain! I ran to the store yesterday so nothing planned today really, housework maybe, maybe not. If not there’s still tomorrow
