Saving to try this out, I've done parmesan crisps before with tortellini soup, they are very good and easyI grate & add seasonings, spread it (thin) over the parchment, and bake at 400 in a convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy brown. Let it cool, and then slice it into pieces with a pizza cutter and store in the refrigerator. I heat pieces in the microwave, when I want to use them as snacks or crackers.
To make a pizza crust, I just cook it 5 minutes in the oven, add ingredients and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes more at 400 convection.
For seasonings I use red pepper, a tiny bit of salt, parmesean, and if I'm snacking, I like to add Everything Bagel Jalapeño flavor.
its supposed to stay dry until the afternoon, so I plan on going soonGood morning Mad. Have a great day!
