The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I’ve got two things to talk to the doctor or nurses about. The leg cramps and the vomiting. I’ve thrown up 2-3 separate times today and nauseous in between those times.
Dehydration/electrolyte imbalance can cause cramps, nausea, and vomiting.
 
Nothing beats plain fresh cool water. You shouldn't need more than one electrolyte drink per day, unless you are doing strenuous work or exercise.
I usually have one Energy Multiplier and one Hydration Multiplier a day but sometimes two energy or two hydration or two of each. And all of them have electrolytes and vitamins even the caffeine one :hide same company
