Afternoon. Made my first zucchini bread this year. Actually its the first time I've..baked..in years. Haven't felt up to it. Of course I can see that I'll be getting a fair amount of zucchini and yellow squash. I haven’t planted the green in years. So, this one I'm going to post is my first, View attachment 3574957View attachment 3574955 and half of it made two loaves. I'm freezing the rest. Plan on attacking folks with zucchini this year and freezing more.

Yummy, I love zucchini bread! I made fritters out of yellow crook neck squash earlier this week, so good.

Let me check out the winters before you come up. You might like AZ winters better.

Oh..I need a recipe for that. I've been trying to think how to use it up. We like it steamed with dinners..or, I'll just steam some up to eat alone. Love it.

That bay air is so refreshing! Last night was humid but it's nice right now. Perfect morning to open some windows before it gets hot.

I ran the whole house fan this morning and then turned it off after closing the windows.

The house will warm up this afternoon though.

Reaching our three digit weather on Sunday..up to 103 by Monday. I know..a lot of you are getting worse. I can't imagine living in that!

I whine when it’s in the 80’s. I’d lose my cool in the 100’s. No pun intended!
