that’s definitely true. And the playlist wasn’t helping even though it’s not (entirely) sad songs. It still reminded me of her cause it’s a lot of her favorites. So I turned it off and put something else on. But I’m still having trouble getting moving now cause I’m still stuck on this especially since the memory also sparked the regrets/guilt of not taking her to see the snowy owls on the beach that same winter just months before she passed.

UGH. Maybe I need to go to the fair or something and distract myself but I can’t be spending the money. I could go to the store.
