Thanks, that makes sense. They are pretty itchy cause they’re really cracked and kinda bloody.Unless there is an itch to go with the dry hands I would only use lotion on mine. I don't use steroids unless really needed.

Try a lotion with the ingredient urea. Another option is Working Hands. Thanks, that makes sense. They are pretty itchy cause they’re really cracked and kinda bloody.![]()
I was going to recommend working hands lotion too. I use it on the inevitable cracks that develop on my fingertips in winter. I put it on at bedtime. If it's bloody and cracked I recommend some antibiotic ointment and bandages.Do you think I could use hydrocortisone cream for dry, cracked hands or bad idea? Regular lotion might be better? I have both.
Too much sun is hard on the eyes.
Heel Balm and a pair socks girl, I promise it will help. I am a barefooter and it keeps my feet in good condition. It has the urea @janiedoe mentioned, available online and at WalmartThanks, that makes sense. They are pretty itchy cause they’re really cracked and kinda bloody.![]()
