Hi Debby! Yep!!
So to add to the stress, a house became available to them. The same day it posted, he nabbed it. They will be living with us until they close on it…possibly a month. I may lose my mind. The guy he’s buying it from is a friend of my son’s or he may not have gotten it. I guess there were 8 others that wanted it. It was built in 2020. It’s a very nice double wide with a detached garage and a garden shed.

I’m going hiking today in honor of my mom. The anniversary of her passing is tomorrow. She loved hiking and nature so going to some of her favorite spots today.
