Good luck! I’m going to the clubhouse today. Probably won’t stay up tonight though. Too late for me. might go to the clubhouse tomorrow too, idk yet lol my face is killin me lol I gotta go to a doctor but I have an appointment the 9th but I can’t wait that long I don’t think. Might need to go into the walk in urgent clinic thing. But they’re probably closed New Years.

I got news for ya, it has spread to family in California too. My FIL dislocated his shoulder and skinned himself up real bad. Says he was taking in the trash cans and denies falling but nobody is buying that. My SIL was hit by another driver, t boned, just a few minutes after dropping off a 90+ year old aunt at home. Car is total loss. She was going to use MIL’s wheel chair van to take sick dog to vet but it has a check engine light. I say to H E double hockey sticks with 2024.

Oh geez, IM! I'm glad everyone is fairly okay. I hope they are on the mend quickly, and yes, flush the system in 2025 (or flush 2024, however you want to look at it!) Happy New Year's Eve!

You are the Mistress of Understatement. I started this year off with a goal of averaging more than 10,000 steps/day. For the longest while I was averaging over 11,000/day. The past couple of months I've not had the energy/drive and am now down to around 10,500 steps/day. I've achieved my goal, but ------------

Morning Sour!

DH and I go through this almost every year. He refuses to get a flu shot and gets sick. I always get a flu shot and don't. Just a coincidence? I don't think so. But he is bull headed and won't see it, so my sympathy for his misery is not at a 100% level. Maybe more of an 80/20 level.

We don't have any plans.

There's a pullet that's not roosting with everyone else. I looked for over a 1/2 hour for her last night and couldn't find her, so my only plan is to try to figure out where she's going!

We were going to light off some Chinese lanterns last night, but didn't. Maybe tonight? But my sister is going home today, so it won't be as fun.
