The in-laws just left. We (I mean I got tools for them and stuff, haha) trimmed out some windows and finished up some backsplash, etc., etc.. I'm just waiting for my better half to come home after an overnight work trip. It's been close to 100* the last couple of days so keeping the stock tanks filled is a twice a day project.

I just hung the hummingbird feeders and they have gone through a pint a day since. Funny how quickly you can hang it and how fast they find out.

Sounds like the house projects are moving along! Maybe sometime you'd share pictures of the finished work?

Lucky to have the hummers! I haven't seen any since we moved to KY (they may be around, I just haven't seen any). Pretty little birds, they are fun to watch.

I'm glad Pip is (not so) large and in charge again. I hate it when the "kids" aren't feeling well (even if it's due to their own gastric indiscretion, lol.).

Yeah, as long as you don't judge our interior designer choices--we are not probably en vogue with any, 😜.

Yeah, we like the hummingbirds. Our cats were hunting them, though, so we got some garden hangers for them so hopefully no more of that. They used to be on an old satellite dish mounting thing.

Do you have feeders for them? My friend says the wasps chased her hummingbirds away.

I don't have any hummingbird feeders hung up. Gee, maybe that's why I haven't seen any? :p Might have to do something about that!
 
I had a cat that looks like your pfp, @N F C. Her OG name was "Harvey." Definitely had the torti-tude, but gosh she was cute.
