Good morning all...I don't drink coffee, hope I'm still welcome here!

The smoke has gotten worse. By yesterday afternoon we could finally smell it. Someone told me there are 15 fires burning in WA right now. It's a little breezy today, hopefully it doesn't start to blow where the fires are.

I can barely see the hills.

Praying they get them contained soon.

Nothing really close at the moment. It funnels down through what we call the gap, where the Columbia River runs between the hills.

We just had one on the way home. Wicked lightning and a quick 1/2” of rain.

The lightning strike started a fire the destroyed an historic mining town frome the miner 49er gold strike called China camp.
