Wow Adam, that's very impressive. How many languages are you up to now?


I'm still going with German (exams next Tuesday, on the same day as a blooming maths exam, wonder which genius thought of that one) and mostly failing to get better at Russian.

Oh hey!
I still only know basic German (although I got myself a 300pg book on German grammar drills the other day ), I know a little bit of Russian, Japanese, Swedish, and Spanish, and I know a tiny bit of Lativan. Just began Korean, and will start Polish when my book gets here.

Ganz toll! Viel Spaß mit den neuen Sprache! Es ist immer sehr interessant, wenn man mit etwas neuen anfangt. Ich erinnere mich noch an die Zeit, als ich entscheidet habe, Russisch zu studieren. Ich war total begeistert.

Danke schön… ich hatte vor kurzem eine englische Prüfung, für die ich bestimmt ein Sieben nicht bekommen werde. (Ich glaube diese Satz hat falsche Grammatik, aber das sagt nur, dass ich mehr üben muss. )

(i.e. I totally just failed my english exam and it looks like I have a chance of failing my German ones as well. At least physics is tomorrow, so I can actually have some fun in these wretched examinations.)
