So turns out, there's an Australian at my school, whom moved to the USA in elementary school she must have lost the accent, which is unfortunate

That's funny, just last year in the class that I mentored, a girl arrived from Oklahoma and had a very prominent accent. lol.

I don't like the Australians' accents, I think they're kind of strange. But I've probably got half of one myself now, which is just life for you.

Yes, I guess America and England are quite alike with the accent variety… here in Australia everyone just sounds the same. lol.
