I shall explain:
That's an inside joke for those whose either played or watched the game Last of Us. It's a new survival zombie game that is beautifully made with an amazing story line. Anyways, in the game, there is a special kind of zombie that had fugal spores grow on them, rendering their eyes useless. Therefore, they would listen and click, like a bat, for prey. Because of this behavior, they are called "Clickers" in the game. The main character, Joel (the guy) often talks about and/or warns about how dangerous clickers are. So that comic is kind of a big pun
