Have you cracked one of the eggs to check for fertility?
bit of a mute point as he has movement in his 4 eggs so I'd say that already indicates fertility.

I'm just baffled how temps are being controlled without a thermostat. I'd hate being the reason for a deformed hatch which is why I double and triple check temps, not so much to make them develop but to avoid them developing badly.
 
My first hatch was with a rubbermaid tote and a 'shop' light (light bulb that has a clamp that you simply plug in) and a thermometer to adjust the height of the lamp over the eggs.

Yes, the possibility of improper development is there, but they are all looking good so far (from what I can see candling.) And I check temp a couple of times every day and it is all even and good, so I am going to just run with it.
