I guess I could start testing some birds. I just have to make the effort! Silly neighbors were given a pair of cockerels. Those boys just wander around all over, and they have no hens or pullets for them. I warned the neighbor that those boys will try to join my flock for sure, so he asked to buy some of my hens, and he has no shelter or anything to keep them contained. I'm so paranoid that now they will jump the fence and give my birds something I don't want, gah! I told him even if I did sell him some, they would just fly back home unless he builds a coop.

I followed mommy into the coop tonight, and when the chickens came out, I got so scared I peed. The chickens didn't care.

We took a dust bath in front of the 5 year old and 3 year old. The 5 year old freaked out because she thought we were dying, and the 3 year old tried to coppy us *in the manure pile*!

Yes, your neighbor needs some shelter for them.

My mommy wanted to take a picture of the flock while we were playing outside.

I pecked her in the eye just before I photo-bombed the picture.
Ouch, hope your eye is ok.
