We are both swimming in chicks in brooders ..... you KNOW we both HAVE to turn of the bators! It is time to sit back and watch them all grow out now! I can see it now ..... beautiful summer days with all those sweet chicks running around the property ...... awwwww, so sweet!

OK .... I've made it through step one. I think this is part of step 2 .....

Step 3 must be the culling part, right? (Or get an additional job to pay for feed!)

LOL. Kathy I think this is a twelve step program. I have thrown everything I could gather in so today is the last day of incubating for me too. I still have five bators full though. So...it is still a bit before I can relax

I know, I know! I was feeling pretty good this morning after deciding to go with you and not hatch for awhile. So I started moving and sorting and cleaning and I still had 5 full.

However.... 1 is full of goose eggs. I just hate to waste them and can't bring myself to eat a goose egg for some reason? I know that most will probably not hatch because they are old. So I am good with that bator.

Then I have 7 Muscovy eggs from On the Spot that are ready to hatch next week and a bunch of project eggs that are in the hatcher now. So actually that only leaves me with 1 and 3/4 incubators full of eggs
