Tonight I got the nest box for the rehab coop built. Earlier today I put the perches up. I need to level it, put the nest box on, and build a feeder or buy one.

Ohhh! Building a nest box addition for my coop is my next adventure. DH, the carpenter extraordinaire, seems poised to let me do it without interference. But I’ve been fooled before.

I use walmart rubber made storage boxes cut the front out leaving lids on have them stacked 26 birds just 5

That car made it easy though, had a 'hill holder' if you stopped on a hill and pushed in the clutch and brake you could let off the brake to give it gas and brakes would stay on till you started moving forward.

Never heard of that! Sure sounds handy. I still remember back when I first learned to drive a stick... and the slight panic when I had to stop at a light on a hill.

I also learned to tell which cars were stick shift by the tail light use... and give more distance at a stop on a hill, if the car infront was a stick.

learned to drive the tractor then the farm truck all stick but my F trucks all standard shift
