The Old Folks Home

I'll suggest the EZout to him. He may know about it already, but who knows.
Probably does. I've only used them a couple times once a fail. You mentioned YouTube and putting in a new hole, YouTube has been a saviour for me a backyard mechanic. Things I had to learn on my own by buying and reading , think they were Chilton auto repair guides , had to buy them vehicle specific and for certain yrs so have quite a few, .. Now all I have to do is look it up on YouTube , awesome vids on about everything I need to do, and a lot of times even include all tools needed, sizes of wrenches and sockets, so very handy. I just watched one recently that saved me a ton of work changing rear leaf spring hangers and shackles on a plow truck I bought cheap. How to remove the bolts in the bushings which is about impossible. Most people just burn the bushing out and have to replace everything. Guy sounds like a foreigner but dang he helped me out
And my pic, keep adding spacers and it drawed the rusted solid bolt right out easy peasy.

I have almost never fixed anything. But two years ago my dryer quit, and I decided to try. I diagnosed the problem online, and found a video that used my exact model/brand of dryer as the example on YouTube. I had to buy a couple of tools, and I waited a week, nervous that it would all be too much for me. But I did it! Replaced a thermostat and some other part that goes with it (I can't remember now). Cost me about $35 in tools and parts. I was so proud of myself I could hardly stand myself.
