Probably does. I've only used them a couple times once a fail. You mentioned YouTube and putting in a new hole, YouTube has been a saviour for me a backyard mechanic. Things I had to learn on my own by buying and reading , think they were Chilton auto repair guides , had to buy them vehicle specific and for certain yrs so have quite a few, .. Now all I have to do is look it up on YouTube , awesome vids on about everything I need to do, and a lot of times even include all tools needed, sizes of wrenches and sockets, so very handy. I just watched one recently that saved me a ton of work changing rear leaf spring hangers and shackles on a plow truck I bought cheap. How to remove the bolts in the bushings which is about impossible. Most people just burn the bushing out and have to replace everything. Guy sounds like a foreigner but dang he helped me out
And my pic, keep adding spacers and it drawed the rusted solid bolt right out easy peasy.
