woke up to 50 degrees and an expected high of 60 i wish i could say it feels good but i was up half the night with a reaction to either my flu shot or pneumovax sicker than a dog.

I've never had a reaction this bad before. plan for the day? curl into a fetal ball on the futon and try to outlive it.

When your system is all screwy your body is so reactive! I’m supposedly all better from my tick disaster and sepsis, but this week I took a sleeping pill one night and have been dragging around for two days!

I took these regularly while I was working. No more!

I agree!!! I think it’s part of what makes retrievers so great. They’re such huge goof balls and they’re always having the time of their lives.

Is he a retriever or a different breed?

I love all dogs but mentioned retriever specifically cause of the video and having only owned retriever and retriever mixes but there’s definitely a lot of goofy breeds! I like the clownish, fun one with a sense of humor lol also love the smart ones that think for themselves and/or are smart enough to be sassy/hold “conversations” and argue with you sounds crazy but I swear our last dog understood everything you said and he would argue with you and sass when told no and you had to reason with him sometimes just like a two year old

Awww so cute!! I love chihuahuas. I think they often get an unfair bad rep.

And yup!! They sure are!! And I love it! Some people don’t and/or hate that they are basically puppies till 3 or even 5 years old but I love it lol

They are also very loving, sweet dogs.

Cardiac and vascular disease in my family. My parents were both smokers. Mom was diabetic. I never had any desire to smoke I hated the smell of ashtrays.. I was diagnosed with heart disease from my rheumatic fever when I was 27 and became determined to take the cardiologist's advice when I saw him. Watch my diet, watch my weight and stay active.

Thanks, @trumpeting_angel. I am feeling a little on the crappy side of okay. Slept some this afternoon. Still having chills at times and muscle pain but hopefully I'm over the worse of it. I told DH the way you can tell how sick I am, is to put on an episode of Star Trek and if I fall asleep in the middle of it, it's time to worry.
