The Old Folks Home

Geez Ron, tough when damage is not fully repairabale. I did learn that some nerve damage is repairable given lots of time; not a sure fire bet, but nerves can do a lot in the time right after the damage.

Pain. Pain stinks. I was supposed to get arthritis in my smashed wrist.... but the years of low carb has prevented it. Do you eat LC, or tried it?? You might find it will help even NOW. While my wrist doesnt hurt anymore, even if I fall off the wagon, it is my back that says--- ENOUGH!!

THis is my favorite low carb dessert right now. Great with frozen berries, and use almond extract.

Have a daughter that was suffering badly with joint pain. Doc suggested low carb diet. She is feeling Soo much better. Lost weight too. Seeing her success, I have been doing low carb since a year ago last August. Still needing shots in my shoulder, now knee, and my lower back is hurting now. :idunno. Weight loss..big plus.

My issues are crushed sciatic nerve that has left some foot drop and nephropathy in my right foot and a bit of arthritis. There is some level of pain all the time but it does not stop me from moving!
Do you mean Neuropathy? I have that in my feet and hands. Do you have kidney problems? Man, dealing with that with my sis..and now hubby. :(.

Well SOME of us do! I have to get the XLs and even then the fingers aren't always long enough.

i believe you have hit the nail on the head with both statements. Same thing with quitting an addiction.
It's true!

Hey @ronott1 they are now saying 80 thousand people will lose power there what the heck ?
power is off to 513,000 customers in the first wave. More to come! 800,000 households is what I read-- millions of people since most households have more than one person in it
