I was going to take the kids to the library later today. I'll have to check to see if they're open. Storms are predicted for the whole weekend, and a lot of events have been canceled, and a lot of things that would normally be open, are closed.

My favorite too!You guys are so lucky. Our local store, part of a regional chain, doesn't offer any really 'good' cheeses. If you can't pull cellophane off of it and slap it on a slice of bologna, you ain't gonna find it there sort of variety.
I can google Tillamook and it claims it's available at Walmart but when I add the local walmart location, it says it's available but not at Kirksville. Very strange.
I grew up eating cheese thanks to my dad who loved really good cheese.Muenster and Pennsylvania Dutch Cup cheese were pretty much standard fare. Our local Amish General Store recently closed down as the owners moved to Iowa, used to sell bulk Muenster.
Hands down it's my favorite, along with a really mild baby Swiss.Luckily, Cheese is one thing that is permitted on my gout diet so I try to eat one meal a day that is cheese based.

I think I screwed up my guts with soda and alcohol over the years.I honestly think my horrible eating habits tore up my stomach.
