The Old Folks Home

X2 Micro!!

If you can't pull cellophane off of it and slap it on a slice of bologna, you ain't gonna find it there sort of variety.
EEEEWWWW!!!
We get a pretty decent variety of cheeses here but can't find Edam for ANYTHING
Got some COWS Creamery "aged 3 years" cheddar on PEI. Really good.

I love sharp cheddar, colby and pepper jack pretty basic but add jalapeno or red pepper caraway seed just about anything Cady.com does that guess yes Tillamook does also making new muffins but have a mixed berry frozen going to put a bit in them with the grape nut

Face it oldsters....it's like the guy who once told my husband, 'If I knew I was going to live so long I would have taken better care of myself when I was younger!'

Unfortunately, a lot of us could say that....except for KDOGG who still has a chance.....y' hear me girl!?;):hugs:old

Thanks Micro! That is a very good point!

I definitely have to start doing that.

Especially since I’ve already been having somewhat of a lot of problems.

Gotta reverse it while I can haha

Most of it I think stems from my diet, sitting/laying so much, and using the phone so much. And lack of sleep.

Could probably easily be reversed.

Some of it already somewhat has. Like when I cut fast food and soda, the stomach issues mostly went away and eating better seems to help the migraines too, though I still get those, various triggers.

And I think I’m developing carpal tunnel from using my phone so much.

But lately I’ve been having kind of a lot of trouble with my shoulder for whatever reason.

I can google Tillamook and it claims it's available at Walmart but when I add the local walmart location, it says it's available but not at Kirksville. Very strange.

I grew up eating cheese thanks to my dad who loved really good cheese.Muenster and Pennsylvania Dutch Cup cheese were pretty much standard fare. Our local Amish General Store recently closed down as the owners moved to Iowa, used to sell bulk Muenster.

Hands down it's my favorite, along with a really mild baby Swiss.:drool Luckily, Cheese is one thing that is permitted on my gout diet so I try to eat one meal a day that is cheese based.
My dad loved cheese from The Swiss and German varieties to Lindburger... Usually sharp tangy and sometimes peppered jack. This was before all the other flavors that came out.

Mom would make him go out to the garage to eat his lindburger... Usually on crackers... He had a huge can of Jalepnios out there that he would eat with his cheese... too.

Man was a manic... LOL.

But I learned Cheese is a very personal experience especially if you can note the subtle differences between american swiss and Euopean swiss. My son likes American but doesnt like European.... We both like shot gun swiss.

but back to your dilemma... Amazon sells food:

Cheese

First one on this page is Chayote squash...
produce

you name it. Usually with next day delivery... of course there are limitations... but worth a try

Very cool! Thanks I'm going to look at it now and see if I can wrangle it using my Amazon Prime membership!

Well CARP!:rant

I keep getting the message "Amazon Prime Pantry Fresh is not available in your area!" And for this we pay 19.95 a month!

Okay, one of the drawbacks of living in the boonies I guess. Sometimes we consider ourselves lucky just to get the mail sometime during the day. Last winter, it was 4 days before the mail man was able to get through. So much for rain and snow and dark of night........

Don’t feel bad, apparently Amazon Fresh isn’t available here either lol just checked.

But Amazon Pantry is available. Try that one. I think they are separate. And I’m pretty sure Fresh is new. And, as the name implies, fresh, like meat and refrigerated stuff and such, so possibly harder to get in all places. Especially since in mine at least one of the grocery stores does delivery too. So maybe hard to compete in some stuff haha

But Pantry is like household stuff (paper towels, detergent, etc.) as well as boxed stuff that lasts in warehouses haha so you may be able to get Pantry there.
