Perchie! Penny! It's 2:30 here. Almost time for the pups to take us out for our daily run....I won't even pretend that we exercise them. More the other way around!

Eating breakfast of Shelled Pistachios... About two tablespoons full.... Yummy.

'gotto keep with high protein might as well make it yummy too.... The only cheese my digestion can handle is fresh mozzarella... I get the presliced kind for making Caprese salads with... Three slices and some fruit... I am a happy camper.

I fell down Thursday night... reached for a chair in the dark and was too far away Ker plop... Bounced my head on the floor... thank goodness hard head and carpet with padding No bruise...

I been telling my son we need a light on in the living room. because I cant see in the dark like I used to be able to. He sacrificed the night light from his bathroom.... Perfect...

I have to laugh when I fall most often my own sill antics feet go out or besides me does not seem to take much but have brownies fresh from the oven do whipped cream just to have with them for desert tonight doing cheese and sausage ravioli garlic bread cheating under the broiler

I walk about three miles a day know that is why my weight has leveled off
not gaining lost like 7 but over 18 months 130 now feel good with it

We have motion activated led lights for the kitchen and the stairs. They help a lot! Especially with black cats that like to hang out at the top of the stairs
