I been AWOL on all the threads... not feeling well at all.

Just checking in to see if there is anything that needs my attention...

Our phone and internet combined is $122/month


How is that possible? I'd heard that the cell calls get transferred to landline, then back to cell at the tower closest to the intended recipient.

Many landlines connect to a pbx system. They often will also go over fiber so they are going into the same type of system as your internet connection. These will go out in a power outage while the old phone systems used to say on in a power outage unless the phone line was cut somewhere

140 all said and done between TV and internet here and does include a phone line there is no long distance on it we do not use it our cells are unlimited

Not feeling well as in surgery complication, illness or something else? Worrying minds need to know!

it felt very much like low blood sugar... So I made myself eat some protien and fruit then did some easy tasks from the chair. Then I went to bed about three and took a nap.

Its now almost nine and I took my blood sugar test and its at 90.

so Its a wake up call ... I need to stock up on protien drinks and make sure I eat some fruit every day.

Its hard to readjust a diet program that you are accustomed to and do not need.
I went so many years as a type 2 Diabetic and I fell into my old ways.

I am good now.. Ate protien and fruit and took a 5 hour nap. energy is back and my glucose is normal... at 90

Thanks am feeling almost normal now... My weight loss seems to have ramped up again.. I feel my bones every where except my lower legs.... Lymph Edema is hereditary in my family...

I have socks ordered. Amazon so we will see when they get here and If I can get them on.

If I am not mistaken 911 should still be a land line or a hardened line because of the implications if it goes out.

ETA: glad to hear you worked it out. So tricky, managing the glucose along with these weight and Rx changes!
